TOURNAMENT DETAILS
5v5 Flag Football Tournament – May 9–11, 2025
Player and Team Stats
All teams and players will have their stats recorded by game, uploaded digitally onto our leader board. The player and team stats will be used to build our National Flag Football Player Ranking after the tournament. Roster information is required to be completed by May 5th, completed on-line and must match actualy team details player name and jersey number. For Adults, if there is a discrepancy, player stats will not be recorded. For Youth, if there is a discrepancy, player will not be allowed to play in the tournament.

Registration Deadline:
There is no registration deadline. But we have a specific # of teams per category. Once this is met, the category will close. We will then start a waiting list. You need to pay and register your team to be on the wait list.
Game Length:
Games will be 24min long. 1 min half-time.

Schedule:

Adults will play 5-11pm on Friday and Saturday night (Final Schedule will depend on teams)

Youth will play 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday (Final schedule will depend on teams)

Team Check-In:
-
Adult will not have a team check-in, done virtually, roster needs to match team check-in for each game at time of play, especially for stats.

Youth teams will all need to be AGE VERIFIED prior to playing. Friday Night and Saturday morning. All teams playing Saturday before noon, need to check-in Friday night. Saturday check-in will open at 7-8am for away teams ONLY.

PRO Series (Men’s): $1,500 Grand Prize + Rings

Open Gauntlet (Competitive): $500 Grand Prize (Note: Category may be adjusted to PRO based on team skill level) + Rings

University Division: $500 Grand Prize (University teams only) + Rings

Ladies Only: $500 Grand Prize + Rings

Co-Ed / Mixed: $500 Grand Prize + Rings

Player Registration:
Once payment is received, a secure link will be provided to register your team’s players and coaches.
⚠️ Important Notice for Youth Coaches:

Age verification will be strictly enforced. All participants' age will be verified based on their age as of January 1, 2025. If you are 10 years old on January 1, 2025 then you are eligible to play 10U and up. American and IFAF Format. You cannot play on two teams in the same age category, but you can play in two or more age categories if eligible.

We reserve the right to merge or condense age groups as needed.
Youth

Co-Ed: 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, (17+ is ADULT)

Girls Only: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U
Adult

Mens Pro

Mens Gauntlet (will have multiple brackets - T1, T2, T3, etc...)

Ladies (may have multiple brackets - T1, T2, T3, etc...)

Co-Ed/Mixed - min 2 women players on the field at all times (may have multiple brackets - T1, T2, T3, etc...)

University - These teams will not play at the same time as other adults, allowing players to play on two teams
*** Only T1 will win Cash Prizes. All Tier winners will get rings! # of tiers will be dependant on final registration #'s in each category
Zero Tolerance for Age Cheating:
Any attempt to falsify a participant’s age will result in a lifetime ban for both the coach and player. Altering or forging government-issued documents is a federal offense in Canada and will be reported to the RCMP Fraud Department.
Parents, players, and coaches: ask yourself— ❗ Is it worth the risk?
Refund Policy:
This tournament has a no refund policy once registration is complete.
However, in special circumstances (e.g., injuries, illness), if we receive written notice at least two weeks prior to the event, we will offer a credit toward a future 2026 Tournament, minus the Cancellation Fee of $150.
